All three parts. I bought it from Amazon for $6 and some change. It is supposed to arrive by the 20th. I do not want to lose the little motivation that I have regained, so tonight I will get started. I am apprehensive because I know that I am going to be sore as heck but I gotta get back before it is too late. :noway: Everyday is a chance to make a difference. :flowerforyou:

    I DID IT! With modification but I'll keep trying. Day 1 Lvl 1. The first step. I just sighed relief. Getting back on the horse is not easy. One day........choice, at a time. :tongue:

    I'll start tomorrow with you...I hope to lose at least 10 pounds between now and middle of January...after the shred. I hope I keep up with the challenge :)

    I started today! Glad to see a group that started this week. :) it's winter break for me so hoping to do this EVERYDAY for the next 17 days. Anyone else take measurements yet?
