    5 miles- had a walk on the beach yesterday and really loved it.

    Only 5 teeny weeny miles left. I hope to reach my goal tomorrow morning. From Monday onwards I won't have enough time.

    For me it's already Christmas. We celebrate Christmas Eve like most people on the continent and we had lovely food and afterwards have opened the presents.
    I got a LS dvd: Walk it off and tone it up :bigsmile: Hope to get up early tomorrow morning and walk off some of these nasty calories I have been indulging in today.
