    I wasn't going to, but given that my christmas started early this year (dinner with the in-laws on saturday), aside from being at work today, I seem to be doing so until now. Not going massively over cals either, although I think my macros are all over the place.

    I'll log an estimate. Well, it'll be more guestimate than estimate.

    I'll also an hour's weight lifting in the morning.
