    If I'm not mistaken we will post our "offical" start picture and specs (weight and any messurements you want), BF% ext...) in this thread, and then in 10 weeks we will have another thread for our "offical" final pictures.

    Here is my before picture when I first started in 2010. I was 214.8 and here is my current picture for this New Year New you 2013 Challenge. I'm 32 5'5" and I currently weigh 141 pounds. My goal is to tone up and my UGW is 120 pounds.

    Current Diet: 1600 calories, Gluten and Dairy free. High protein and low salt. 90 oz. water per day (nutritionist guided diet).
