    Here is my before picture when I first started in 2010. I was 214.8 and here is my current picture for this New Year New you 2013 Challenge. I'm 32 5'5" and I currently weigh 141 pounds. My goal is to tone up and my UGW is 120 pounds.

    Build: Marshmellow (no clue what it really is, I've been overweight for a long while).

    10 Week Goal (3/12/2013): 15 lbs. (1 1/2 lbs. a week)
    Sustanable Goal Weight (August 15, 2013): 150lbs.

    Current Diet: 1600 calories, Gluten and Dairy free. High protein and low salt. 90 oz. water per day (nutritionist guided diet).

    Hi all,
    Highest weight: 145lbs
    Starting weight: 130lbs
    Goal weight: 115-120lbs
    Height: 5ft (with high heels:laugh: )

    Calorie allowance: 1347 a day (and exercise allows me to add to that which is crucial - I like my food far too much!)
    Exercise: currently a cross trainer at home and various options on the Wii - hoping to join a gym when we move house in the New Year.

    I've just spent the last 3-4 months in a christmas challenge and whilst I didn't lose as much as I would have liked, it made me accountable - so I'm looking forward to maintaining that and the weight loss in a new group.

    This is me on Christmas Day 2012 after my treadmill workout. Current weight here is 330.4 When I started using MFP Oct 21, 2012 I weighed in at 349 however my highest weight was 370
