Hello All and welcome to this 10 week challenge!!! Please post your before pictures here between January 1st through January 6th!! A lot can change in 2 1/2 months; therefore, we all must work hard to succeed during this challenge!! I am very excited to see the ending results -- LET'S DO THIS!!

If I'm not mistaken we will post our "offical" start picture and specs (weight and any messurements you want), BF% ext...) in this thread, and then in 10 weeks we will have another thread for our "offical" final pictures.0 -
