Costco Seaweed Salad - Yummy!

The other day I tried some Asian style seaweed Salad at a sushi restaurant and it was awesome, but it tasted a bit sweet – too sweet??? . . . Today, I found a tub at Costco and it has only 3g of carbs per ¼ cup. And it tastes really good. I am going to keep a tub of it at work.

    Thanks! I've seen it but, was hesitant to buy it! I wasn't sure how good it was....Adding that to my Costco list! :wink:

    Everyone here seems to like it . . . the kidos don't though. It has a slight fishy taste; it is seaweed. It is something different.

    I'll check it out the next time I go to costco.
    Usually I buy seaweed in asian store and make the salad.

    That sounds good! I like the dried Nori snacks, maybe I should give it a whirl!
