So, will we be weighing in weekly? I personally need a reason to check this group all the time to be inspired to stay on track! Otherwise I will be looking at food porn on Pinterest! Yikes.

  • We should have one week where we try to reach 8 glasses of water. The next where we don't go over our calories. Another were we get 30-60 mins of cardio in and so on. Report it all to the group and someone make a spreedsheet. I don't know just an idea :)

    I like it Amanda... If you want you can be in charge of that. I am creating a spreadsheet this weekend of all the usernames with starting weights and then have the following weeks added. I will post the thread each monday of each week and will close the thread up on Friday that way during the weekends I can update the spreadsheet... any of the members will be able to weigh in any day they prefer... Amanda, I can email you my spreadsheet this weekend or Monday and you can add to it.

  • I think those sound like fantastic ideas. Each small goal each week can lead to some great habits!
