    I had to skip a few days just due to the craziness of the holidays, getting ready for guests, having family in the house and no room to workout--eager to get back on track today and pick up where I left off

    My sister and I did it together :) Paxfaux is so right about getting through the warmup, then you're kinda like, alright, might as well bring it on!
