Protein is an essential part of your daiy diet.Lean protein not only curb your appetite,but it allows you to maintain muscle mass,while you are still losing weight.*Cutting back on protein during weight loss,contributes to a loss of muscle mass,and a potentially slower metabolism.Eating lean protein throughout the day,helps keep your blood sugar levels steady,which keeps your food cravings in check.When it comes to choosing lean protein,consider:lean cuts of beef(such as eye of round),ground beef sirloin,lean,&extra-lean),tenderloin,top-loin,&top-round.As well as skinless turkey,chicken,duck breast,pork loin&pork tenderloin, fish,shell-fish,&soy-based meat alternatives.*Proteins that are high in saturated fat should be avoided.Such as brisket,liver,rib steaks,prime rib,chicken&turkey with the skin(as well as dark meat poultry),and goose.

    I agree! That is the basis of my diet (with low carb). I eat mostly lean chicken and seafood. I have received fast and long lasting results by doing so.
