    Darn delicious Christmas foods. Oh well. I need to stop eating all the delicious goodies and start watching my calorie intake again. Hopefully better next week :)

    WOOO HOOOOO 7 pounds down 43 to go :) I know much of it was water weight since it was my first week but it's ok. I'll take it!!

    What I commit to this week?

    Exercise: Adding 3 Jillian Michaels work-outs to my current regimen which is walking/jogging at least 30 minutes per day.

    Diet: Trying harder to reach my nutrition goal which is NO WHITE in my diet (flour, sugar, salt or rice)

    Yeah, so Christmas Dinner happened, but I'm back on track. Hoping still to get to 136, but will be happy with 138. ^_^

    No change thanks to Christmas dinner, but I am on a mission to see a drop by the next weigh-in! Cut out the soda, eating a healthier dinner and keeping my snacking to a minimum. Since my Pneumonia is pretty much gone, I'm going to start walking tomorrow. After I see my Pacemaker Doc in a few weeks, I will find out about other exercise I can do!
