OK I see that part of the problem here is that we have 5 weeks in our group, that may be the cause of the confusion, let me see if we can straigthen this out. I get the same mileage
if I add 3.22 miles for the last week.

YAY that is great, I don't think I did a 10 miler until I did a half marathon :drinker: I find it harder to go long in training than during a race!0 -
