Hi all,
Highest weight: 145lbs
Starting weight: 130lbs
Goal weight: 115-120lbs
Height: 5ft (with high heels:laugh: )
Calorie allowance: 1347 a day (and exercise allows me to add to that which is crucial - I like my food far too much!)
Exercise: currently a cross trainer at home and various options on the Wii - hoping to join a gym when we move house in the New Year.
I've just spent the last 3-4 months in a christmas challenge and whilst I didn't lose as much as I would have liked, it made me accountable - so I'm looking forward to maintaining that and the weight loss in a new group.0 -
