    Goal: to become more athletically fit. I would ultimately like to be at 230. For all who dont kno, i play recreational baseball and that is my motivation. I want to become a better player, period, no matter at what weight.

    I am primarily focused on speed. I work on that, the lbs will come off on their own, feel me?

    I go to the gym 5-6 times a week for 60-90 minutes. I don't have any "cheat" days. I eat what I like, portion control and I will burn every calorie I can so that I can eat a bag of cheetos. :p

    Hey FL Panther Girl! I just turned 60 on Christmas Day, have 8 lbs to lose, have lost 6 in the past 4 weeks, am committed to do 90 minutes activity/day, and check in at least 90% of days. I'm pretty fun and funny, so I think I'd make a great twin! Thanks for finding me! ~sp

    Current weight...too much! About 215... Haven't gotten on the scale in coupe weeks...starting back from scratch, so could be higher, probably is...
    Would like to be at 140-150 pounds although more interested in losing inches and really enhancing muscle development...
    Starting back with Jillian Michael body revolution

    My doc has me cutting out sugar and processed foods (I'm still working on it), and doing at least 40 minutes of exercise daily. I'm a huge fan of my elliptical, and just started learning how to hoop dance. I supplement with videos, kinect games, and wii games.
