I had no idea that my small idea would lead to such an amazing turn out.
Thanks to everysingle one of you who have joined with me in making a step in the right direction and becoming healthy. I will try my hardest to say Hello to every single one of you and add you as a friend.
The journey of weight loss can be so hard and lonely but with friends like these it seems nothing but impossible.
