Favourite Arm Workout

Hi there,

I'm new to this group and MFP in general. I am pretty much happy with my body, but my arms! I'm getting married in 6-months and really need help in order to look hotter-than-my-bridesmaids in my strapless gown. And advice or workouts would be much appreciated. :)

    I'm at goal weight, plus or minus a few pounds depending on the day, but I started NROL4W in October, I'm on stage 3, so about 2&1/2 months in, and my arms look waaaayyy better, they've never looked this good, ever.

    Unfortunately you can't spot-reduce, but strength training will help a lot for your overall figure, which includes your arms.

    Grab yourself some dumbells (tricep kickbacks and french press GREAT for triceps! HUGE trouble zone for most women) and get working on pushups. I've had HUGE changes in my arms just doing 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30 too.
