My weigh in is on Wednesdays----so tomorrow I will be reporting a gain. it's a couple a pounds, and I am OK with that...its a normal thing to flucuate some. I am forging ahead, full steam! How did y'all do???0 -

You don't have a scale? Did yours break? I usually go to amazon they have great prices and offer reviews of the product so you can make sure you aren't getting a piece of junk!0 -

of corse thats only if your taking the aggressive get my ripped body back tance if your not motivated and willing to push your self you will crash quickley0

Im still not at my home and my oldest dd does not have a scale here........but my youngest dd came for a visit overnight and she brought hers...Im pleased to say Im back down to 282 this week!!! 1 pound away from my lowest...and being away from home that huge for me..

My weigh in is on Wednesdays---and I had a rough ol' week! I quit tracking, and did not even exercise every day! got all negative and demotivated----gained back 4 pounds. Ate like crap. but I am back on track now ....for 2 days so far. How did YOU all do?

Hey ladies I haven't dropped off the face of the earth. I've been terribly sick with the flu. In fact my whole family has. Hopefully this is it and we r on the mend. Only a couple more days here with gd and then fly back to real life. Haven't been on scale in a week but haven't ate much till today. I was under calories for today that was good.
For those of u who have kept up the challenge I applaud you. I difficult time of the year to keep up the hard work

Hey everyone,
Been a rough few months. But I've remembered to report back now (oops!) It's the 31st here in New Zealand. My official weigh-in day is tomorrow but I weighed this morning for the sake of this challenge.
On 6 November, I weighed 130.2kg / 287lb.
This morning I weighed in at 121.7kg / 268lb (one day early on my normal weigh-in)
So over the duration of this challenge I have lost 8.5kg / 19lb.
This brings my TOTAL loss to 21.9kg / 48lb since September 11. Sooooo happy right now! :happy:0
