hi gals! i hope you dont mind if i join. i am 6 months postpartum, my 2nd son was born 6/16/2012. I gained 70+ lbs with this pregnancy, and have lost 55 so far....this last little bit is hanging on though! I am hoping to find support as I begin my workout journey.

i was wondering how you ladies add your breastfeeding calories into your planner?
