I was thinking about not putting any pictures up but I need to kick my butt into gear properly so here they are.
I am quite disgusted that I've let myself slip this much but I'm going to use 2013 as the year I get my life back on track. I no longer want constant back pain or shin splints if I walk for more than 5 minutes. I want to be able to run around the park with my daughters without getting out of breath or feeling self conscious.
I want to be healthier!

OK, here is my "before" picture - taken just a few minutes ago even though it says 12-31-12. Notice it's taken in my new gym, I plan on spending a lot of time in there over the duration of this challenge. I dismantled my guest bedroom and turned it in to a home gym -no excuses now
My weight this morning 265.4 is the highest I've EVER been!! I don't plan on being here long.
My goal for the challenge is 2 pounds a week, for a total of 20 pounds lost. 245.5
