If you go through the history here, you'll see that we like to make Wednesday's "Water Wednesdays!" So that's will be our first challenge - do your best to get 80oz in!! That's 10, 8oz glasses of water. Can you do it?? Can you beat that?? Let's see - tell us how you did!

You betcha! I have been doing better at drinking water everyday and have upping how much I drink so I am sure I can do it! I will start first thing in the morning after my morning weigh in!0

Oh boy! I will try my best. It's a lot easier if I am getting my cardio in with my exercise bike or treadmill. I have a big 40 oz water bottle, which I polish off pretty easily in one 45-60 minute cardio session. I will try my best to make a conscious effort to drink more water0
