    I am quite disgusted that I've let myself slip this much but I'm going to use 2013 as the year I get my life back on track. I no longer want constant back pain or shin splints if I walk for more than 5 minutes. I want to be able to run around the park with my daughters without getting out of breath or feeling self conscious.
    I want to be healthier!

    Oh, my goal weight is 145. I hope to be at 170-165 at the end of the 10 weeks.

    OK, here is my "before" picture - taken just a few minutes ago even though it says 12-31-12. Notice it's taken in my new gym, I plan on spending a lot of time in there over the duration of this challenge. I dismantled my guest bedroom and turned it in to a home gym -no excuses now :smile:

    My weight this morning 265.4 is the highest I've EVER been!! I don't plan on being here long.
    My goal for the challenge is 2 pounds a week, for a total of 20 pounds lost. 245.5
    I'm really looking forward to this challenge, and really love MFP and all the friends I've made. Please feel free to add me as a friend.

    How did you get your photos like you have them? Looks nice!

    I have photoshop and a green screen. That was helpful. If you don't have a green screen (which I'm guessing no one but nerdy me does), try to find a solid color wall that contrasts as much as possible with your clothes and skin tone. Though... if you don't have photoshop, cropping the image will still be tricky. It's all just fancy editing around the photos of me.
