Going full force in 2013

Hey there -- for 2013, my goal is to lose 75 lbs by the end of the year (this year I lost around 40 in 6months, so I think its dooable). I'm 6'4, so end goal of 220lbs sounds about right.
I'm starting the year around 295... and if I lose around 7 pounds/month, I should nock off around ~20lbs by March. I'm going to go full force for the first month of the year, to really set a good routine that will hopefully carry me to my ultimate goal.
Add on this, I also see a personal trainer once a week -- I just need to refocus my energy in getting to the gym on my own 1-2 times a week on top of this, and continuing to eat better

I loved my personal trainer sessions as it really did push me and teach me how to do work outs right. Just make sure to log and track what you are doing so you can do it on your own later.0 -
