1) Reason you want to lose weight
To feel good abt me again. Everybody says that "youre not fat" and honestly, i do NOT look like my weight (number) Even my doc told me he was shocked to see the weight on the scale and actually thought it was wrong and retook my weight! I can feel it tho and want to see a lot O changes!

I have the cutest little freckle on the inside of my arm, on my bicept LOL i love it!

Run a FULL marathon! Ive done plenty of halfs, 10M and 15K but i want to say i can run a FULL one!0 -
1.The reason for losing weight is because im not happy with my body so if your not happy change it.
2.The reason for gaining the kids of course i had seven Kids lost one six living.
3.I love that I'm always looking forward to improve myself.
4.Can't wait to change these juggling things i have LL cool j diease lol.

nobody but the lord help me made it through it all. I've been through alot from domestic violence, divorce, losing a job, homeless. So there's nothing impossible when you have a plan.0

7) Things i said i would never eat but LOOOV now! -- spaghetti squash ...the thought of it made me think "ewww squash..veggies...yuck!" lol
8) Fav exercise ....oh TurboFire. I love the HIIT workouts. BOOM! push till you think you can't no more but right on through you make it and it feels amazing...what a sense of accomplishment.
9) Exercise id like to try ....Beast and Chalean Extreme by beachbody...can't wait to do a hybrid of turbo fire and chalean extreme too
10) Ultimate Exercise Goal --to be tight, strong and have endurance....exercise is the fountain of youth.0 -

This is the squash:
I like it so far. It makes me feel I'm eating something more other than vegetables. I've been limited the amount of carby foods I eat. I don't deprive myself but I switch things up. Some days I have more carbs than others and some days is more of a protein veggie/fruits day. So far it's working. Plus I'm fuller ever since I incorporated more veggies. They are not so bad if you learn how to "dress" them with things other than the same o' salad dressings.0 -

oh i looove gator! its so yummy.. recently i had some for lunch, left overs came home with me... my kids ate some of the fish and stuff, i asked where the rest of it was and they said oh we put it in the fridge.. went to fridge, not there.. so i ask where is the gator? my daughter said its in the fridge mom (shes 8) and i said, no dear where is the other box? She says, the chicken? Oh i ate all the chicken!!! hahahaha i laughed so hard!

It's supposed to be spaghetti squash. It's in season now. They call it spaghetti because the insides literally come out like spaghetti. I love it. God was thinking of me and how much I love pasta when he created this lovely veggie jiji0 -

Ive been gaining weight ever since I met my hubby almost 18 years ago and can't seem to lose
it like i would like. I work at home and sit for the biggest part of my day and i know that is part of the
reason. I need to move more.

I love my eyes, my gray hair and my straight to the point personality
4) Something you cant wait to change
My clothing size and waste size
5) Fav food
I am addicted to Ice Cream, especially BlueBell

Too many to list but Sardines and Green Peas top the list

To be healthy and live longer, too look better and to stop breathing hard when I go up one flight of stairs.
2) Reason you (feelings on why) you gained weight
I'm an emotional eater and have never mastered the concept of portion control. In one sitting I wouldn't eat a cup of ice cream, I'd eat the pint. Also psych meds caused me to gained at least 50 of these extra pounds but most of it is from overeating and not moving enough.

My creativity.

My bad habits and , of course, how I look.

Reason you want to lose weight
- I want to feel good about where I am weight wise. I’ve always been a fairly confident person, I’m one of those people that wear their weight well (oh lucky me *eye roll*) but it’s finally time for me to be where I want to be.
Reason you (feelings on why) you gained weight
- I’ve been overweight my entire life. I was always really tall and grew into my body super early so I honestly can’t remember a time that I couldn’t off had lost a few pounds. Last few years I didn’t pay much attention to what I ate and although I’m not at my highest weight ever I know I can do better.
Something you love about yourself
- My confidence. I have days that I feel better than others but now that I’ve lost 20lbs I feel more confident than ever I can just imagine when I reach goal.
Something you can’t wait to change
- My BMI from overweight to normal!
Favorite food
- Chocolate, broccoli and chicken salad sandwiches. Not together of course.
Food ill never eat
- I’m not too picky but not a fan of weird meats (basically anything other than chicken, beef or pork).
Things I said I would never eat but LOOOV now!
- I never ate fish other than fish and chip. I’m allergic to shell fish but I recently tried haddock without the beer batter and I actually enjoy it!
Favorite exercise
- Walking, especially outdoors.
Exercise I’d like to try
- Running. I’m an extremely fast walker so I feel I’m not too far off. I really want to get into it once the sidewalks aren’t death traps!
Ultimate Exercise Goal
- Be able to run 5km as easily as I can walk 5km.0
