Inspired by my friend bluiz13 who is here looking to gain more information on this lifestyle, I was thinking we could start a thread and post our meals, pics etc! It always helps to try new things and what better way than to share recipes?!

I get board easily eating the same things over and over again. So, I tried a new recipe this morning: Coconut Pumpkin Pudding. I found the recipe on Primal Blueprint web site. Reminds me of mashed up pumpkin pie, but not as sweet. I used only 1 tbl Honey instead of 1/8 cup recipe called for. This is yummy and I would recommend to those who like pumpkin pie.0

I made this for dinner last night and it was so good! if you omit the cheese it should be whole30 compliant depending on what organic soup you select

Scotch eggs are great for breakfast, and the roasted whole chicken was easy and delish.0 -

my apologies, wrong board---this is primal but not Whole30 compliment due to the diary in the cream of __ soups. sorry, save it for after your whole30!0 -
I'm eating jambalaya from PaleOMG. Everyday for the next two weeks. I doubled the recipe, and holy cow does it make a lot!
I added cayenne pepper for some more heat, tastes great on a cold winter day.

You could just make the ___ soups as well and use coconut cream (or forget the soups and toss in some sauteed mushrooms and extra chicken with some coconut cream) -- AND omit the tortillas -- so it would be Whole 30 compliant...0 -
My absolute favourite meal at the moment is this Curried Apple Chicken Salad: http://stiritup.me/?p=3590
using this Paleo Mayo: http://stiritup.me/?p=156
I mix up a big batch of it then use it for the next day's lunch/dinner as well. Using a cold rotisserie chicken means you don't have to use any heat at all. With the temperatures over 40 degrees celcius here at the moment, the less time I spend actually cooking the better!
I also add other ingredients, depending on what's in the fridge (celery, red capsicum, halved green grapes) and it's also yummy with walnuts.
My non-paleo fiance loves it and keeps wanting me to make it! Trust me.0 -
I have tons of recipes and pics on my blog, but here is a link to a collection of some of my foods I made during my first Whole30 in November. http://imgur.com/a/TKqrb0
