    Hi everyone! My name is Raquel. I am 28 and a mom to 2 kids. I have about 10lbs left to reach goal and just want to focus on toning! I have done this 30DS workout once before and gave me amazing results so here I go again! Good luck to all you ladies! Here are my starting stats and I will post changes after each level:

    Starting Weight 139.6
    Arms: 10.5"
    Chest: 35.5"
    Upper waist (at curve): 30"
    Lower waist (at navel): 35.5"
    Hips: 40"
    Thighs: 22"

    Weight- 152.5
    Waist (at belly button)- 34
    Neck 12.5
    Thighs each- 26
    Hips- 42
    arms each- 11
    bust- i forgot my bust but will do it tonight.

    i need to take pics too.

    No pics just yet but I'll try and do one tonight. Started the shred on the 2nd at level one. Two days in and I ACHE!

    Reason for weight loss: medical reasons and getting body ready to have kids.

    I don't measure and can't figure out how to post pics. Any one that knows how please help?

    I also had to figure it out.. You neef to creat an account in photobucket and copy the img code over to here.. But change the capital IMG to small letters (img)

    Just starting 30DS (on Day 3), I have 10-15 lbs to lose and I'm hoping this will jumpstart it. I don't think I will do it *every* day but my goal is to finish the 30 workouts by Valentines Day, which gives me about 40 days :-)

    My starting measurements:
    Weight: 136.5 (fluctuates 134.5-138 from day to day... I may need a new scale)
    Waist: 29"
    Waistband: 35.5"
    Hips: 39"

    I'm also going to include some "fitness test" type measurement so I can see how much I improve strength-wise:
    Level One completed with 3 lb weights (but I couldn't walk the next couple days)
    Cannot do a full pushup (only about 10 knee pushups)
    Cannot hold a plank position for even 30 seconds I bet

    Can't wait to see if I get results! I am not going to measure myself again until I finish the program.

    I'm posting my day 1 and day 10 photos too.
    I can't see a difference and the quality of the photo's aren't great but anyway - it's the only medium I'm using to keep track of my journey now as I hate weighing and measuring takes too long for me :)
