    Height: 5'7 CW: 239.8 GW: 155 I am losing because I want to be an example for my children, live a healthier lifestyle, and most of all fell good in my own skin.

    1. Why are you losing weight?
    I want to want to take pictures with my son. I find myself behind the camera in all his shots in his first year of life and not apart of them. I do not want to regret and feel negative about myself.

    I am losing weight for my daughter - she is my reason to breathe live and succeed! I want to give her 100% of myself - I dont want to die of a heart attack or keep going up in weight . This has to stop now!!!

    Day 2: My dream body is to be fit and toned! not jiggles! I want soft tummy with abs :)

    Day 3-Is your UGW in an unhealthy range of BMI? My UGW is 150 which would put me at the higher end of the healthy range. I may want to go lower but I want to see what i look and feel like at that weight :) Also, I dont really follow the BMI as i know it doesn't take into account muscle mass

    Day 4 was so suppose to try be vegan. Didn't happen :(
