Weight gain

Has anyone experience weight gain day after starting primal eating. I montior my calories intake stay in my macro i change and just wondering is it the change in the eating that cause it. i had a 2.5 gain from yesterday.

    Most likely water weight. Your weight can fluctuate a few pounds per day.

    looking at your diary, I don't really see "primal" eating... your eating oats, grains, and a lot of processed food. I can only imagine the sodium in the hamburger helper, that alone will make you retain water like crazy.

    When I stick to the Primal/Paleo guidelines I lose consistently every week (either weight, measurements or both). You need to cut out the grains and processed stuff, you seem to be eating at least one or the other at most meals. The processed food is promoting water retention because of the sodium levels and the grains promote inflammation. If you go truley Primal you'll see a big change :)

    yes this, your eating foods that are not paleo ...and the sodium in hamburger helper alone will add 2 pounds of water weight for sure :indifferent:
