Hey Ladies. I am 30lbs close to my personal goal of 140. I need you all to inspire me....please help! I pray over everyone in this group and hope they will reach their own personal goal! Blessings.....

    just 25 day of shred to go with some rest days too. We can all do it! I need to fit into my dress and look amazing!
