Can anyone advise me how would you record an Insanity session on the site?

Goto "exercise" tab, click on my exercises and you'll see a button to add exercise. I've typed in each Insanity routine into mine and then I use my HRM to determine how many calories are burned.

I do the same, I actually create my own workout with the insanity workouts...then log in the amount of calories I burned per sessions...works very well. Good luck!

HRM's are a must. I find I burn more than the suggested "Circuit Exercise" option, but some people burn less. HRM keeps it pretty accurate. I think I spent $30 on one but use it all the time.

I agree. I add in the workout and then the burn for that workout based on my monitor.
