Daily challenge????

Ok so I'm doing a new daily challenge thing with some of my clients and thought if people are interested I could put it up on here too!

It's really simple…basically its 3-5 exercises….could be anything! A set number of reps and they don't take more than 5 mins! Doing something is always better than nothing. So on a day you cant get to the gym, cant workout as planned you will have at least done 5mins… how does that sound?

If you're up for it please post below and I'll start them off if people are interested!

I'll give you an example (this is the one I sent out this morning to clients)

15 press ups
20 star jumps/jumping jacks
15 squats
20 squat jumps
15 crunches

Different abilities can do different numbers of rounds!

    That's awesome. I for one would LOVE a daily challenge like that. Especially today when I'm feeling yucky from all of the holiday indulgences. Bring it on!

    Definitely love this idea. Just finished this one and today's and boy did i realize that it may look small, but it is actually tiring, especially those darn squat jumps. Can't wait to fit these into my day.
