Accountability

If you want people to be able to hold you accountable on your food and exercise diary, you will need to go into "Settings" then "Dairy Settings" and change it "Public" or "Friends Only" at the bottom.
It defaults to "Private" so no one can see what you are eating.

    I haven't logged my intake in a while, and I am realizing that my counting abilities have gotten a little "Off" in the last few months since I quit logging. Imagine that!

    Gonna have to cut portions down a tad.

    Thanks for getting this set up. It has been surprisingly fun this week to track nutrition in a "group" setting. Being able to see what some of my brothers are eating at work/home allows for some unique knowledge sharing.
