What is a good entry to put in for caloric burn for a typical 45min F3 workout? 500 calories seem about right? Something between 45 mins of IWs and Hairburners - good middle of the road hard workout stuff.

If you want people to be able to hold you accountable on your food and exercise diary, you will need to go into "Settings" then "Dairy Settings" and change it "Public" or "Friends Only" at the bottom. It defaults to "Private" so no one can see what you are eating.
