No Bread!!

OK. I will be facing my nemesis for the next 4 weeks!!! Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated... For instance, does wheat wrap count as bread? Thanks...

From the website I read it like they're all banned.

"I cannot remember how wraps were ruled in the previous challenges but if the idea is to ban white and processed whole wheat flour, then wraps are banned too. So all flour tortillas, wraps, buns, etc. If you really need lunch meat in hand-held form, try the Ezekiel Bread or lettuce."

So does this mean that homemade whole wheat bread/wraps are okay? My M literally grinds her own wheat grain to make bread, wraps, pancakes, etc. It's awesome!
