Suggestions for good running music?

From reading another post on here I know a lot of runners don't listen to music whilst running. I do, but then again I'm more of a recreational runner.
I just wondered what music people find good for running to? I know music is subjective of course. But it needs to be uplifting with a good steady beat...
Two I have on my playlist are Hurting by Friendly Fires (I think this was 'recommended' on the Nike web site some months ago) and Highway Star by Deep Purple (might sound an odd one but the beat is clear and at the right pace for me lol).
Any other suggestions I might check out? Thanks!!

I love rockmyrun.com, you sign up and you get 1 credit a month. That entitles you to a free running mix under 60 mins. They have loads djs who make mixed every month that you can download0

I usually love country, but rock is best for me to run to. I like breaking Benjamin, Hollywood undead, eminem, acdc, my darkest days. Hope that helps:)0

I don't do country, it's not really big over in the UK, but I have some Breaking Benjamin, eminem and ACDC. I just checked out the Breaking benjamin I have and that sounds good, I shall check out the other ones you suggest too. Thanks, and I just sent you a request on Nike+ too!0

The general consensus is that the music that motivates you most during a run has a relative beat to the pace you are running. I couldn't find the original article about this, but I found this instead: http://www.runnersworld.com/workout-music/running-music-0
Maybe you'll find it interesting.0 -
