Today's 5k. Still working on this running thing. Next one is Nov. 24th for sure. Debating on the Oct. 28.
Mile 1: 13:19
Mile 2: 15:19
Mile 3: 16:29
I did a walk/run the whole time. My legs are trashed & feeling super heavy.0 -

I forgot all about this log. I am now training for a half marathon. I can't believe it. Printed out Hal Higdons training pprogram. I'm so nervous. I have some great people I work with encouraging me. Today I ran 2 miles in 15 minutes. That's 7.5 min/mile. My fastest yet. Then endurance lifting.0

The half is feb 17th. Woke up this morning feeling great. Plugged my headphones in & just started running. Everything just fit together because before I knew it I had run for 65 minutes & approx 6.5 miles. I so got this. Even if I walk some of it.0
