            I am just joining this group today. I had belonged to the Christmas Weight Loss Challenge prior to this. I need to work in stages so will set interim goals for myself. I am going on vacation on Feb 14 so my first goal is 10 lbs.

 My SEVEN year Anniversary is in one month and two days.....I'd like to be down a full 10 lbs (including the 5 I'm already down) by then
 Changes I'm making- I have a balance ball that I used to sit on instead of an office chair at work....I started using that again yesterday......and I can feel a differnce already!
 Increasing my water intake.....I would like to drink 80 ounces a day (4 bottles)
 starting small as to not overwhelm myself......I plan on working out just 15 minutes every day.....I feel I can handle that. I say every day because everytime I take a day off....I take another, then another, and one more.....and next thing I know, I'm totally off the wagon.
 I'm excited guys. We can do it!!0

 I just started this again yesterday so there isnt much difference in my SW and CW. I want to lose this to feel better about myself. I hate looking at myself in the mirror or trying on clothes etc. Good luck everyone, I am glad to be a part of something that will keep me motivated.0

            This is my first time joining a group! I've just recommitted myself to losing weight, AGAIN. I keep regaining everything I lose (and then some) and I'm ready to get it off and keep it off this time. I've always had success with WW and the accountability of the meetings, but I just can't afford it right now so I'm excited about having a group to check in with. Good luck to everyone!

            Stupid question. Is you start weight from today so you can see your progress up to 40-50lbs or your start weight from beginning your new life journey?0
