Ingredients:
1 cup Soy Milk (I use Silk Original Soy Milk)
Stash Chai Spice Tea Bags
Splenda
Crush Ice

Directions:
Heat 1 cup of soy milk in microwave (approximately 3 minutes). Place 3 Stash Chai Spice Tea Bags in Soy Milk and steep for a few minutes. Squeeze out the tea bags. Stir in 3 Splenda packets (or what you need to sweetened it). Pour it into a tall glass filled with crushed ice and enjoy. This recipe, including the nutritional info was from the South Beach Diet recipe. Sometimes I tweek it a bit to my liken with 4 Splenda packets and sometimes I add Lemon Zinger Tea Bags or switch out to using Tazo Black Tea....but I love Stash Chai Spice Tea which you can buy from Walmart around $2.18 a box. You can also enjoy this hot instead of putting it on ice!
