I'm Joy, and I'm currently looking for support partners for a weight loss journey. I've set a goal to lose 15 kg by New Year's, and I believe having someone to share this journey with could make the process more motivating and rewarding. If anyone else shares similar goals and is interested in daily mutual support, feel…
Hey all! I’m looking for your favorite recipes or websites for freezer friendly meals. My schedule gets really hectic and I’ve noticed some days that I don’t even get the time to put together a slow cooker meal. That has led us into a habit of delivery, which is very convenient, but also very expensive. So I’m determined…
I want to share my recipes I am creating in the app which really help me save and keep it under control Zucchini "Picadillo" with meat and sausage. *replace the chicken fay with whatever fat you like. It's a great lunch option with rice. Also, this is for 6 servings!
Looking for a recipe builder to calculate calories and nutrients per serving. If MFP has it, please give me directions to find it. I fear I won't get back to your answer! Ha! Just started the app. Thanks!
Ive recently fell in love with throwing three or four chicken breasts in a crock pot, adding a chicken bullion cube with a little water, veggies to taste, and letting it slow cook to perfection. Lean with a good homemade chicken soup flavor. Pair with rice or sweet potato and your golden for an easy tasty meal.

So easy and good! Just drizzle a little olive oil over a sheet pan full of veggies, 400 degrees for 20 min. Lunch for 3 days! I like to put some in a low carb tortilla with some peanut sauce on it. Delicious and satisfying!
I haven’t had the chance to exercise more than once a day cause of the nature of my job but I do my best to exercise at least 4/5 times week. How often do y’all exercise?
So I'm one that seems to want to snack all the time without realizing it. Anyone got suggestions on the best way to curb that appetite. I am so tired of doctors trying to put me on medicine that makes me feel horrible to curb it.
