I make a dill dip using mainly 0% sour cream if you divide this into 8 servings it is under 50 calories per serving
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup half the fat mayo
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp garlic salt (or just use more garlic powder if you dont want the salt)
3 tsp dried dill (or use fresh but then a lot more)
If you have it add a tsp or two of dill pickle juice or fresh lemon juice
These are approximate measurements, adjust spice to your taste.
Replace the dill with 1/2 - 1 tsp chipotle powder, add some dried chives and remove the mustard and dill pickle juice for a spicy garlic chipotle dip that is great with everything!

Walden Farms has a whole line of condiments that are low carb and sugar. I like regular dressings for my dips. Not sure this will help but maybe you can alter to make something amazing.

Depending upon the sweetener you use, I think the following simple combo might fit. I mix some Inglehoffer Cream Style Horseradish and French's Yellow Mustard with some sweetener (could be Agave Nectar, Stevia, Equal, Splenda or Coconut Sugar). This goes good on various deli meat sandwiches, but I also like to slice a sweet potato and put some of the sweet horseradish mustard on it.

Creamy Cilantro-Lime Dressing
A pared down version of this dressing using Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (or light mayonnaise)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 a jalapeño, sliced
- A few drops of a sugar-free liquid sweetener. Originally had honey as sweetener.
- 1/2 cup cilantro, packed
Blend it all up. Fits in a 4 oz. jar easily.
Estimated calories per serving (2 tablespoons):
520(total calories)÷8(servings)≈65 calories per serving.
I put this on baked salmon, but would probably go just as well on tilapia. If you don't want the heat, use a flavorful pepper, like an Ajicitos Dulces pepper.
