    Thanks, Reese!!!!!!!!! I'm starting 2013 out strong - goal is more to workout 4x a week. And I'd like to lose 2-3lbs this week just to boost my motivation after the holidays! :)

    Hello everyone!

    I have a quick question - do miles on a stationary bike count here? I don't remember ever seeing anyone post miles from a bike. In a previous challenge I was in, you could only take half of your bike miles. Which makes msome sense, right? Anyway just thought I'd ask! :tongue:

    This was a great start to a 2013. Fri I rode for the first time in a month! Made it fun! Sat I did some lite running and hope to start do more. :happy: :smile:

    First week back. First Thanksgiving and Christmas without mom and I confess to a bad case of the blues on top of a badly sprained ankle 2 weeks before Christmas. I turned the corner this week and while the ankle is not fully healed I am ramping back up "slowly".
