At work today it started getting that 2 pm I have to have something sweet feeling. It was all I could seem to think about was that I really wanted sweets. Instead of heading to the vending machine I make a cup of mint herbal tea with stevia and sipped on that at my desk. By three I had eaten my jicama and I did not feel like a monster anymore. I have stress and boredom are my triggers for eating. So making the choice for tea instead of a candy bar made my day! :drinker:
