Alright ladies how are we doing, trying to get this board going..... I exercised 40 minutes on the treadmill today and so far have stayed within my points for weight watchers. I 'm scared though, just ordered my grandson's bday cake . ughhhh

    I did not do any "exercise" today. My hip was just giving me a fit. I ended up taking some medicine for it. I did run around with the kids in the yard, did my grocery shopping, lots of after holiday cleaning and laundry. So, at least, I wasn't sitting all day. My daughter is having her birthday next week and I have to order her cake as well. It's going to be really tough for me. I love dessert! And there will be pizza I am sure. Drats! But, maybe I'll take them skating and get myself out there too! Hang in there sister. One day at a time and don't overwhelm yourself!

    I'm fighting off a cold, so just did 30mins on the power plate yesterday.
