If you have any low fat, raw vegan recipes you would like to share, please post them below.
To start, here is one of my favorites! I call it banana strudel:
Ingredients:
2 ripe (but not mushy) bananas (they need to have brown polka dots so they aren't so starchy)
1 large fuji apple (or any other type)
2-4 medjool dates
1-2 tbs water
Directions:
Slice the banana and apple. Blend together the dates with 1-2 tbs of water to make a 'date sauce' (I use my magic bullet to blend). Pour the date sauce over the sliced fruit and enjoy!

Orange Julius Smoothie
Ingredients:
1/2 fresh cut pineapple
1 cup of fresh juice from 2-3 naval oranges
1/2 cup ice
Directions:
Extract juice from 2-3 naval oranges to yield 1 cup juice. I use a citrus press to do this but you can also use a juicer. Add the orange juice to a blender and add 1 cup of fresh cut up pineapple (about 1/2 pineapple). Add 1/2 cup of ice and blend until smooth (only 20-30 seconds if you have a high speed blender e.g. Vitamix or Blendteck).
Absolutely delicious! And kids love it too. I've been told it tastes similar to an orange julius.
Enjoy!
