Well, I guess I need to actually post my before picture, huh? I'm posting my current before/after to prove to myself that I actually HAVE made progress in the past months...and that I have the ability to keep going
Height: 5'9/10 (I always thought I was 5'10, but at the chiropractor today they measured me and said I was 5'9...)
Current weight: ~158 lbs (I don't trust my scale at home so I won't really know till I get back to school)
GW for the challenge: 150 or less...but I'm honestly less concerned with the number on the scale and more concerned with appearance/toning/fat loss

My goal for the ten-week challenge is to establish into my lifestyle some healthier habits. I have many unhealthy habits but for starters I want to achieve:
- 40 minutes of cardio three times per week
- One strength training session per week (20 minutes minimum)
- Drinking 8 cups of water everyday
- Eating within the MFP calculated goal (1320 calories) five days per week
- Eating five portions of fruit/veg every day
