I'm on Day 3

So far, it's going really well. I have no '"carb flu" yet. Feeling pretty much the same. I am eating one piece of fruit and a sweet potato every day, which might be helping. Even though I know the book says not to, I do plug the food into MFP just because I have a lot of weight to lose and want a log so I can experiment with cals/carbs, ect, after the Whole30 is over.
My only real issue is that I am already tired of cooking and cleaning! I live alone so I am able to cook once and eat a few times, but it still seems like I am always in the kitchen! But, I know this is healthy and no matter what diet I am on I should be cooking at home more. But, any easy, quick, not so messy meal suggestions for one person?

The best tip I've seen is to cook bigger. If you've got the oven on, bake a bunch of stuff, so you get more meals.
When I remember to do it, it works really well0 -
Yeah, makes sense! Need to just devote one day a week or so. I still don't like cooking haha, but it will minimize the cleaning !0
