I.F Intermittent Fast

Has anyone heard of I.F or Intermittent Fast. I usually cut up sing the 6-8 small meals a day. But I am interested in I.F.

If any one has has success getting lean and keeping muscle from this method I really want to hear from you.

    Been doing IF since August and i am currently on a cut and don't even feel like im dieting. I used to do the whole eat every 2 hours or my muscle will fall off but since I discovered LEANGAINS I will never eat of train any other way, its really changed my life. check it out

    Yes.

    The best "diet" is the one that you will adhere to long term. if that is IF then it is for you.

    Found out about i.f a year and a half ago. Didnt no exactly what i was doing. Then i saw the hodge twins start an i.f channle on utube that helped me out. One year ago was 265lbs today im187lbs

    Whether you do I.F. or eat six meals a day, It' still comes down to calories in vs calories out. It's pretty much a preference thing.

    Since I've never been a big breakfast eater, I.F. is working very well for me without even trying. Also, keeping track of calories is much easier if you only have to do it a couple times a day.

    If you give it a try, give it at least a week so you leptin hormones can adjust to you meal timing. You might feel like your starving in the morning for the first few days. Your body will adjust afterwards though.

    Thats how it was for me, 1 week and i was fine with it.

    Mistake on the leptin hormone thing.

    Actually it is the hormone ghrelin. Ghrelin will trigger your appetite when it rises.

    ghrelin will rise when your body is expecting to get a meal at a specific time. Your ghrelin level will adapt to new meal timing but it takes a few day.
