Hi all!

I've been a member of MFP for at least 6 months now, but haven't *really* tracked until the new year. I've joined the message boards for that added motivation, but need some friends as well - anybody? lol.

I'm 25, work full time in an office - so zero movement pretty much. I am slowly building back up to my gym routine of 3-4 times a week (love my classes - Body Combat, Spinning, Body Attack), & have about 2 stone / 28 lbs to lose.

In need of some UK friends and support to help me achieve my goals!
