I have a quick question - do miles on a stationary bike count here? I don't remember ever seeing anyone post miles from a bike. In a previous challenge I was in, you could only take half of your bike miles. Which makes msome sense, right? Anyway just thought I'd ask!0 -

First week back. First Thanksgiving and Christmas without mom and I confess to a bad case of the blues on top of a badly sprained ankle 2 weeks before Christmas. I turned the corner this week and while the ankle is not fully healed I am ramping back up "slowly".
