    Made a mistake on this weeks miles

    Mon 10 mi recumbent bike
    Tue rest day
    We 2 mi walk
    Thurs 11.5 mi recumbent bike
    Fri 1 mi walk
    Fri 14.7 mi cycling
    Sat 3.5 mi walk/run

    Total 42.7 mi

    This was a great start to a 2013. Fri I rode for the first time in a month! Made it fun! Sat I did some lite running and hope to start do more. :happy: :smile:

    First week back. First Thanksgiving and Christmas without mom and I confess to a bad case of the blues on top of a badly sprained ankle 2 weeks before Christmas. I turned the corner this week and while the ankle is not fully healed I am ramping back up "slowly".

    Tue 1/1 1.00 walking 2.5mph
    Wed 1/2 2.00 walking 3mph
    Thu 1/3 2.00 walking 3mph
    Fri 1/4 2.50 walking 3mph
