According to livestrong.com's extremely basic calculations, someone who weighs 150 lbs. will burn about 167 calories during a 20-minute workout.
[weight in lbs] x 167 ÷ 150 = calories burned

i am 5'.25" tall, weight is in the 160's. my HRM says i burn 200. anyone else have figures per their height and weight?0

Yeah, I weigh 207lbs and I'm 5'6. I burn around 220-250 cals.0

For those without an HRM, Britta1229 posted in the another thread a formula from Jillian michaels' website. Basically for each 20 minute workout it's 1.089 calories burned per pound of weight. So 200 lbs burns 200x1.089 =217.8 cals
Btw I found a new polar FT7 on eBay for $59 and it arrives tomorrow. Will compare these numbers against what the HRM says.0
