I'm 5'2, 129 pounds and my HRM said I burned 209 pounds today on Level 1. I'm wondering if the setting is wrong my my HRM. It's a timex, but I'm not sure which one.

For those without an HRM, Britta1229 posted in the another thread a formula from Jillian michaels' website. Basically for each 20 minute workout it's 1.089 calories burned per pound of weight. So 200 lbs burns 200x1.089 =217.8 cals

Btw I found a new polar FT7 on eBay for $59 and it arrives tomorrow. Will compare these numbers against what the HRM says.
